Adam Peaty

Sports are the exemplar of hard work and dedication for every sports fan. To get the achievements in sports, even the most naturally gifted athletes have to give it their all. Richard Beese says that the perfect example of dedication and hard work is the one who always wanted to represent his country — Adam Peaty, Who won the gold medal in the 100m breaststroke at the 2016 Olympics by setting the pool on fire. The 20-year-old breaststroke Adam was the first Brit to win three gold medals in a single World Championship. Adam Peaty is an English competitive swimmer who specializes in the breaststroke. He also represented Great Britain at the Rio Olympic Games, FINA world championships and England in the Commonwealth Games. Adam Peaty has extraordinary talent and with this he becomes the first swimmer ever to win both sprint breaststroke events at the same World championships. Richard Beese loves to share Adam’s one tip for sports lovers to get to the top that is to work hard every day and take every opportunity you can to get better.

Richard Beese is a sports lover who believes that athletes always have some inspiring and motivational things to say about hard work, leadership, winning, and much more, Adam Peaty is one of them whose words are great inspiration for sports lovers. Adam Peaty says that your legs are the main tool in breaststroke technique because about 70% of your power comes through your legs. So, the secret to a good breaststroke is to use your legs as much as you can. The other very important thing is to try to reach out with your arms as much as possible because with time that will surely help you to improve your technique and efficiency. Adam Pity talks about swimmer’s physique like “To build lean muscle I do a lot of squats, dead lifts and pull-ups. Earlier in the year I do big weights and fewer reps, but before the Olympics it was more about lifting lighter weights more quickly for explosive power. It is very, very tough to get to this kind of level. On some days you are so tired you can’t even move your eyelids in the morning.”

Adam Peaty at present is one of the most impressive competitors in the country. It is perfectly true that when we strive for better and better every second it definitely leads to excellence. By achieving personal excellence, we give ourselves the best opportunity to succeed in sport and in life.
